We commence our journey with a scenic 35-minutes long flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. The trek begins from Phakding and encompasses famous destinations like unofficial Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar, ancient Thame Monastery, and less frequented villages of Lungdeng and Marlung.
Since we will also trek through parts of Sagarmatha national park, we will be able to witness rapidly changing vegetation and topography, and the rich flora and fauna species the region houses. From Renjo La Pass, we can have surreal views of the Gokyo village and its beautiful cobalt blue lakes. From the top of Tsho-La Pass, we can have amazing views of the Ngozumpa Glacier and Everest Base Camp. Finally, from the top of Kongma La Pass reveals the majestic views of the spectacular Mt. AmaDablam, Mt. Thamserku, and Mt. Kongtega among others.
